Abstract

The article aims to evaluate the teaching strategies that promote love in mathematics, focused on the search for teaching strategies that promote the love of mathematics, considering various aspects such as the teacher's methodology, the use of teaching resources, evaluation and creating a positive learning environment. Reality indicates that teaching strategies that promote love in mathematics have a significant impact on student learning. These strategies foster a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts, the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and greater confidence in one's mathematical abilities. Furthermore, students who experience a pedagogical approach based on the love of mathematics show greater intrinsic motivation, a lower level of anxiety, and a more positive attitude towards the subject. General secondary education in Venezuela has been marked by challenges that have affected both educational quality and access to it, this being a factor of greater complexity when acquiring numerical learning.
