Abstract

Simulation in learning is becoming established as a teaching strategy that allows International Law students to actively engage in contexts that mimic real-world situations. Through simulated environments, students can experience the practical application of theoretical concepts, fostering meaningful learning. This approach creates a safe environment where students can make decisions, make mistakes, and try again without real-world consequences, thus strengthening skills such as problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. Furthermore, simulation promotes active participation, motivation, and commitment to learning by presenting challenges similar to those they will face in their professional lives.
