Abstract

In recent years, bibliometric research has gained relevance in the analysis of customer satisfaction within the tourism sector. The latest research on customer satisfaction in the tourism sector has revealed several significant trends that reflect changes in consumer expectations and behaviors. Bibliometric studies in this sector have provided a new dimension in understanding customer satisfaction. By combining traditional market research methods with bibliometric techniques, it has been possible to more accurately capture travelers' emotions and behaviors. This has allowed tourism companies to optimize their services and offer experiences more aligned with customer expectations. This research has revealed current trends in customer satisfaction in tourism, which reflect a constantly evolving environment driven by technology, personalization, the search for memorable experiences, and concerns about sustainability. Tourism companies that adapt to these trends and use customer feedback to continually improve their services will be better positioned to meet tourists' expectations. To conduct this research, theoretical and empirical scientific methods were used.
