Analysis of the causes that affect the packaging line in Company X 769 140

Abstract

The present investigation was developed on the beer barrel packaging line, belonging to Company X. In the September-October-November trimester occurred non-compliances with the production plan. Taking into account this, it was decided to carry out this study whose objective was: to analyze the causes that lead to non-compliance with the production plan in the beer barrel packaging line of Company X. It was determined that the main causes are related to: work indiscipline, lack of spare parts, lack of cleaning materials, poor use of the work day, among others. Solutions were then proposed. To meet the established objective, the General Problem-Solving Method was partially applied. To develop the research, techniques and tools were applied, such as: direct observation, documentary analysis, interviews, cause-effect diagram, Kendall's concordance method, weighted vote and MOI.
